Beef Bolgogi Skewers

Ingredients

Bolgogi

  • 1 nashi pear, Cored and quartered. Red Apple if pear not available
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 10 gram ginger, peeled 2 cm lengths
  • 2 teaspoon rice wine vinegar, White Wine Vinegar is also fine
  • 500 gram Lean Rump Steak, Thinly sliced

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Place all ingredients EXCEPT Steak into Closed lid TM Bowl

    Blend SP 7 30 seconds

    Scrape down sides and blend for a further 30 seconds, SP 7.

     

    Pour over beef strips and let marinade for at least two hours.

     

    Thread meat onto skewers (will make tmrc_emoticons.8) and BBQ until cooked till your liking.

Tip

Can be served as a salad for a main or can be made into smaller skewers and can be served as a starter or nibble with dipping sauce.
