      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip

Just as delicious with lamb strips.

To cook in TM31 use Varoma temperature.

Small amount of quick cooking veggies can be steamed in varoma at same time.  Alternatively place Beef Hot Pot into Thermoserver to keep warm whilst cooking cauliflower rice, rice, mash or steamed veggies.

A very tasty easy dish. I used a cheap blade of meat, sliced thinly and marinated in apple cider vinegar for a couple of hours. I drained and rinsed the meat before cooking.  The meat turned out very tender.

i served with mash potatoes, baby carrots and fresh beans. My Husband and son both really enjoyed, I will be saving this as a favourite.
