  • 2 level teaspoons Mint Syrup, Or mint sauce
  • 2 level teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 level teaspoons Ground Coriander

  • 1 level teaspoons paprika, smoked, ground
  • 2 garlic cloves

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Steps
  1. 1. Cut onion into quarters and peel garlic cloves. Place into bowl. Chop speed 6/4 seconds
    2. Put cracked egg, herbs, spices and mince into the bowl. Combine on 20sec/speed 3/reverse. You may need to this again to combine more.
    3. Using your hands form approx. 12 round patties or form sausage shapes. 4. Heat a little oil in a frypan or use a bbq to fry for a few minutes on each side.
    5. Serve with a salad, Tzatziki and pita bread, or on a bed of tabouli
