Beef Stroganoff
- 1 level tsp olive oil, 5g
- 1/2 onion, 73g halved
- 200 g mushroom, field, Thinly sliced
- 300 g Beef strip
- 2 level tsp plain flour, 6g
- 240 g liquid beef stock
- 2 level tsp Worcestershire sauce, 10g
- 2 level tsp tomato paste, 10g
- 1 level tbsp sour cream, light, 20g
- 50 g pasta, whole grain, spiral
- 200 g green beans, Trimmed

Recipe's preparation
- Put Onion in bowl and chop on speed 7, for 5 secs
- Add Mushroom and oil. Cook 100C, reverse, speed 1, for 1 mintue
- Add the Beef. Cook at 90C, reverse, speed 1 for 3 minutes.
- Add flour, stock, Worcestershire sauce and tomato paste. Cook on 90C, reverse, speed 1 for 3 1/2 minutes.
- Add cream, reverse, speed 1 for 30secs
- Transfer to thermoserver, cook pasta and steam beans to serve.
