  • 100 grams panko breadcrumbs

Recipe's preparation

  1. Mince skinless breasts in TM, add egg, panko and pesto to voel and mix on reverse speed 2 until combined.

    Lay out sheet of plastic wrap on bench, and spoon 2 heaped tablespoons of mix and shape into cylinder. Fold roll cylinder up in plastic wrap,  tie one end  and squeeze down mix to remove air, tie off other end. Repeat until all mix used.

    Place in top tray of varoma, steam for 15 mins om Varoma/sp 3. Unwrap and serve as is, or brown in frypan.

    I made these sausages and they were enjoyed by all in the family. I have a 3yr and a 6 yr old girls who are fussy eaters and don't eat much meat but not a peice was left on their plate. I would suggest though to make them a bit thinner when you roll them out just so they don't become to dry.
