      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Chicken in orange sauce
  1. put into the Closed lid onion and oil. 3mins 100 degree, speed 3.

    cut the chicken in pieces and cover them with some flour. (it helps to have a wonderful sauce).

    insert the butterfly in the bowl, then add the chicken pieces. 3mins, 100degree, speed 1Counter-clockwise operation.

    add the juice, salt and peper. 15 mins 100° speed 1.

    pour into the Closed lid the sour cream and cook for further 2 mins.

Tip

1 - the sour cream is optional. it is terrific also without
