Chicken in Peanut Sauce
- 800 grams chicken breast fillet, Cut into cubes
- 80 grams onions, cut into halves
- 1 clove garlic
- 30 grams Butter
- 55 grams crunchy peanut butter
- 1 cube chicken stock
- 120 grams warm water
- 50 grams honey, liquid
- 2 tsp grainy mustard
- 1 tsp curry powder
- pinch cardamom seed

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Place onion and garlic clove in Jug. Chop: Speed 5, 3 seconds
- Add butter and cook for 3 minutes, Varoma, Speed 2
- Add all other ingredients and cook for 30 minutes, Varoma, Speed "Gentle stir setting"
- Serve hot with rice
