Chicken in Peanut Sauce

  • 800 grams chicken breast fillet, Cut into cubes
  • 80 grams onions, cut into halves
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 30 grams Butter
  • 55 grams crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cube chicken stock
  • 120 grams warm water
  • 50 grams honey, liquid
  • 2 tsp grainy mustard
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • pinch cardamom seed

    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place onion and garlic clove in Jug. Chop: Speed 5, 3 seconds
  2. Add butter and cook for 3 minutes, Varoma, Speed 2
  3. Add all other ingredients and cook for 30 minutes, Varoma, Speed Gentle stir setting
  4. Serve hot with rice
