  • 1 tablespoon Ground Coriander
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder

  • 2 cloves garlic, Peeled
  • 1 green chilli, Halved
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon coriander
  • 1 tablespoon tumeric
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 can whole Italian plum tomatoes (400g each)
  • 1 onion, Sliced
  • 2 Red Chillis, Quarted and deseeded
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

    Marinated Chicken
  1. Counter-clockwise operationMix Marinade spices with the chicken and place in fridge whilst preparing the sauce.

    Add spices / oil / green chilli  Saute 3min/ Veroma/ Counter-clockwise operationGentle stir setting

    We would not call this a Jalfrezi. Heat level was right but it was too dry and missing hte sweet aspect a good jalfrezi should have.
