If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Great recipe tastes better than our local Indian restaurant. I used chicken tenderloins which did shred but the flavour was spot on. I mixed in some Greek yoghurt and served over baby spinach leaves with Naan bread. Thanks so much kitkat7, I will try your other recipes! soundcloud to mp3 https://soundcloudtomp3.io download and conversion

Very TastySuch a yummy dish. My only critisism is that the chicken needed to be cooked for longer. Apart from that it was wonderful 10/10 for flavour! Perfect with naan bread

I have attempted a few over the years, and i am so far happy.. I burnt my spices so is is a bit bitter, but after adding more stock and some sugar, it tastes lovely...

I did however make the sauce in the thermi, and then cooked the chicken in a pan and added the sauce to it.. Not a fan of chicken in the thermi... It simmered for a while and has thickened up nicely.

    Will make again.
