- 1 cm ginger, cube
- 1 brown onion, halved
- 2 tbsp macadamia oil
- 1 tsp turmeric ground
- 1/2 tsp coriander ground
- 1/2 tsp Rapadura Sugar
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tbsp ginger powder
- 240 g pure coconut cream
- 80 g tomato paste
- 600 g chicken breast fillets, cubed
- 2 tomatoes, halved
- 100 g Cashews, raw
Recipe's preparation
Add ginger and onion to mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 7.
2. Add oil and saute 3 min/Varoma/speed 1.
3. Add tomatoes and chop speed 7, 3 secs
4. Add turmeric, coriander powder, sugar, salt, ginger powder, coconut cream cashews and tomato paste and mix 4 sec/speed 4.
4. Add chicken and and cook 18 min/ 90ºC/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1.
5. Transfer to ThermoServer for 5 minutes prior to serving.
