Clone of Honey and Ginger Chicken

  • 25 g ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 --- brown onion, peeled and quartered
  • 80 g honey
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper
  • 2 --- carrots, Sliced thinly
  • 600 g chicken, Diced 3cm
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 50 g Baby Spinach Leaves
  • 1 --- zucchini, Thinly sliced
  • 200 g cauliflower, Diced
  • 1 portion cashew nuts
  • 80 grams flour
  • 300 grams water
  • 20 grams olive oil

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place peeled ginger, garlic and onion into the bowl, chop 5 seconds, speed 5. Scrape down bowl and chop 5 seconds, speed 5.

  2. 2. Add honey, oil, salt and pepper and heat 2 mins, 100C, speed 2

  3. 3. Add, flour, water, soy sauce and cook 3 minutes, 70 C, speed 2

  4. 4. Add vegetables and chicken, cook 15 mins, 70C on speed 1

  5. 5. Serve with rice and a sprinkle of cashews if desired

Other vegetables can be used. Bean sprouts are nice.

    Very disappointed in the meal. It didn't look like the picture at all & i halved the flour & it still wasn't nice. Wouldn't recommend.

    Very disappointed with this dish. The picture is not a true reflection at all. The sauce was bland and gluggy from all the flour.Sad
