1 --- cup Hot Water
1-2 level tablespoon TM chicken stock concentrate
4 heaped tablespoon Peanut Butter
2 cloves garlic
1 heaped tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 onion
1 pinch cardamom seed, Decent size
dash Tabasco sauce, Decent amount
1 tablespoon cornflour

  If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
  For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
  
  Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

1. blitz garlic and onion in TM speed 5 for 5 sec

2. add all ingredients to TM

3. Cook "Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1/17 minutes/100deg

4. Chill out and read a book with the kids, have a shower, check FB while dinner cooks.

Serve with steamed rice

You can reduce the curry powder if you want a more sedate version.

We use crunchy peanut butter, however you could use any variation.

Tip

If you find the sauce is too runny for your liking, add another 2mins on the machine at 100deg and take the MC out.
