      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip

Left overs - use meatballs in a garden salad with a drissle of the sauce cold, tastes like a big mac without the bun and all those nasties!

But chances are there wont be many! You might just have to make 2 batches of meatballs, there are approx. 50 meatballs per batch but they are small! There should be plenty of sauce to go round for 100 meatballs though.

Wow I was so happy with how easy this recipe was. I added the extra flour at the end. I felt like a chef serving this to my family. Just wondering if you can freeze the leftover sauce?

    Submitted by Dodgey on 20. January 2016 - 20:16.

I used Dijon instead of American mustard, pretty nice sauce, very rich. I had to add the extra flour at the end to thicken the sauce.

As a 'simple' cooker, I tend to follow recipes to the letter. However I DID work out that the chicken stock wasn't just 500g of power. Used 2 teaspoons with nearly 500g of water, straight in to the mix.

    Thanks for that tmrc_emoticons.)
