If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Add Salt 1tsp , Peppercorns 1tsp , Paprika 2tsp and Dried Shallots 2tsp to bowl and blend Speed 8 / 10 Seconds.
Add Onions and Garlic to bowl and chop Speed 5 / 3 Seconds scrape down bowl.
Add oil 20g to bowl and Cook Reverse "No counter-clockwise operation" Speed 1 / Temp 100 / 3 Minutes.
Add Crushed Tomatoes 400g and Coconut Milk 400g to bowl and cook 3 Minutes / Temp 100 / Reverse"No counter-clockwise operation" Speed 1
Add your 1 Kilo of diced Beef to a casserole dish, pour sauce over the top and stir through. Cover with a fitted lid and place in oven for 2 hours.
Remove dish from oven and place in vegetables, stir so they are covered by the sauce. Return to oven for 30 minutes - 1 hour until vegetable are soft.
Serve with Rice or Bread.

Delicious! I used YIAH - Country Onion and chives because i didnt have dried shallots. And i cheated and just cooked for 50 minutes in thermomix rather than oven. Was really yum!

This was delicious. I used chuck steak and also added some meaty bacon pieces from the butcher. The bacon diluted the coconut flavor, so wouldn't add it next time but still was super yummy and the meat just melted.

I put my oven on 170c When I place back in oven with veg I usually place the lid back on only because the time I have left the lid off it evaporates the sause a bit more and I like mine with lots of sauce. Either way will work though.
