Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Add Salt 1tsp , Peppercorns 1tsp , Paprika 2tsp and Dried Shallots 2tsp to bowl and blend Speed 8 / 10 Seconds.
Add Onions and Garlic to bowl and chop Speed 5 / 3 Seconds scrape down bowl.
Add oil 20g to bowl and Cook Reverse Speed 1 / Temp 100 / 3 Minutes.
Add Crushed Tomatoes 400g and Coconut Milk 400g to bowl and cook 3 Minutes / Temp 100 / Reverse Speed 1
Add your 1 Kilo of diced Beef to a casserole dish, pour sauce over the top and stir through. Cover with a fitted lid and place in oven for 2 hours.
Remove dish from oven and place in vegetables, stir so they are covered by the sauce. Return to oven for 30 minutes - 1 hour until vegetable are soft.
Serve with Rice or Bread.
