- 250 grams cream cheese

- 200 grams Salted butter
- 1000 grams chicken breast
- 2 portions eggs
- 125 grams parmesan, Shaved or grated
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 2 pieces eggs
- 250 grams bread crumbs

If using a block of Parmesan
add Parmesan 10sec speed 9 mc on
set aside (I used a bought 125 Gram packet shaved Parmesan)
Set aside for later
add butter ingredients
40 secs speed 5 mc on
roll into logs in glad wrap and put in freezer
Add chicken ingredients
50 secs speed 5 mc on.
Roll into approximately 10 x 120 gram portions. Once butter is solid insert a portion in the middle of each ball be generous.
To coat balls have beaten eggs in one bowl bread crumbs in another. First coat chicken ball in egg then into bread crumbs and lay on lined baking tray.
Cook in oven for 35mins on 180.
