Ingredients

  • 1 kg Good quality Sausages approx.
  • 750 gPotatoes & Sweet Potatoes
  • 200 g Milk
  • 500 gstock or equivalent water and 2 teaspoons TM stock concentrate
  • 2 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • Curry Powder or 1 packet of Continental Chow Mein or Curry Sausages
  • Seasoning with pepper
  • Mixed frozen vegetables
  • 1 tablespoonof Gravy Flour (to thicken)

Recipe's preparation

  1.  Method        
    Cut sausages and brown in pan.      
    Place milk and chopped potatoes into TM bowl.    
    Cook for 22 minutes at 100 C on speed 1.  Make sure potatoes are well cooked before 
    mashing.  They are well cooked when they start to fall apart.  Do Not mash undercooked 
    potatoes, as they will be very gluey.      
    Insert Butterfly.  Add the butter.  Mash for 20-30 seconds on speed 3-4.  Once mashed, 
    remove from TM bowl.       
    Add frozen vegetables, stock, tomato sauce, curry powder/continental packet, water and + 
    gravy flour and cook for 10 minutes at 100 C on Reverse + speed soft.

Tip

 Do Not mash undercooked 
potatoes, as they will be very gluey.
