  • 500 grams Beef mince

    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 and line a loaf tin with baking paper.

    2. Add carrot and onion and chop 5 sec / sp 5.

    3. Add sausage and beef mince and combine 15 sec / Counter-clockwise operation / sp 4.

    4. Add remaining ingredients and combine 25 sec / Counter-clockwise operation / sp 4.

    5. Transfer all ingredients to loaf pan and bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
