Gma's Meatloaf

  • 500 g Minced beef
  • 500 g sausage meat
  • 1 --- onion
  • 60 g tomatoe puree
  • 3 level tablespoons Wostershire sauce
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1 --- egg
  • 4 pieces bread, stale
  • 1 --- handfull of cornflakes or noodles
  • 2 heaped teaspoons BBQ Sauce to top

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre Heat Oven to 180 Degrees
    Line a tin
    3 Garlic Cloves 3 sec speed 7
    Leave in bowl
    CUT onion in to 4 and add to bowl
    Speed 5 3 sec
    Add in
    Meat, 2tbs of Wostershire sauce, 60g of tomatoe paste
    Mix 40 sec speed 4
    Through top of lid stir with spatula until combined.
    Add breadcrumbs and egg and mix for a further 40 sec speed four
    Once combined
    Add mixture to tin
    Top with crushed Cornflakes or Noodles and drizzle with BBQ Sauce
    Cook for 40 min or until brown.
