If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Place a damp but well wrung out piece of baking paper over the whole bottom of the varoma tray. Leaving the two vents on the sides uncovered. Set aside.
- Place 50 grams of cheddar cheese into bowl. Grate on speed 9 for 10 seconds. Place in a seperate bowl and set aside. No need to rinse the bowl.
- Add the 3 eggs to the mixing bowl. Blend on speed 5 for 10 seconds.
- Pour the egg onto the prepared baking paper on the varoma tray. Making sure that the side vents are still uncovered.
- Top the egg with the ham and cheese.
- Rinse and Add 500g water to the mixing bowl and add the varoma on top.
- Cook on varoma temperature for 12 minutes or until just done.
- Serve immediately.
