      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

    Prepare the Varoma
  1. Place a damp but well wrung out piece of baking paper over the whole bottom of the varoma tray. Leaving the two vents on the sides uncovered. Set aside.
  2. Place 50 grams of cheddar cheese into bowl. Grate on speed 9 for 10 seconds. Place in a seperate bowl and set aside. No need to rinse the bowl.
  3. Add the 3 eggs to the mixing bowl. Blend on speed 5 for 10 seconds.
  4. Pour the egg onto the prepared baking paper on the varoma tray. Making sure that the side vents are still uncovered.
  5. Top the egg with the ham and cheese.
  6. Rinse and Add 500g water to the mixing bowl and add the varoma on top.
  7. Cook on varoma temperature for 12 minutes or until just done.
  8. Serve immediately.
