Excellent recipe. So simple and so good! Can be easily varied with different sauces and omitting breadcrumbs (for gluten free people). I use 500g of grass fed, organic beef mince and it was fine. Smile

These were delicious and moist.  I added 1.5 zucchinis and parmesan cheese as I needed to use them up.  With the freshly made bread rolls these hamburgers were to die for.  All the family loved them, thanks

  • Hubby made these for the kids

    Submitted by justnlis on 10. February 2014 - 17:43.

Hubby made these for the kids when I had my #2 in hospital and raved about how amazing they smelled whilst cooking and how fabulous they were at sticking together and crumbling. Will definitely make again - re-shaping into a meatball!
