These are super easy and simple. I quite iften use a whole pack of french onion soup to 500g of mince. Have also tried adding carrots, zucchini and even apple to the mix and comes out tasty too.

  • Great burger recipe loved by all in the family...

    Submitted by RixyRix on 23. April 2017 - 11:40.

Great burger recipe loved by all in the family (including Mr Fussy!). I doubled the recipe, using sligtly more mince - 1kg, so enough for another meal in the freezer, and I didn't have to think of a way to use up 1/2 packet of French Onion mix. Will become our go-to recipe for burgers. Thanks for posting

  • Beautiful, tasty and so easy!

Submitted by van der Ploeg on 19. April 2014 - 19:44.

Beautiful, tasty and so easy! I was a bit worried the French onion soup mix would make the hamburgers too salty - not at all, just right. This recipe will be followed again and again!
