Herb & Garlic Chicken Nuggets

Herb & Garlic Dip

  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 block of philly

Nuggets

  • 1 Kg Chicken breast or thigh
  • 4 slices bread
  • 6 slice Frozen bread for crumbs

Recipe's preparation

  4. Cut par frozen chicken into 2cm cubes. Put into bowl in 200-250gm batches. Turbo 2-3 times. Put minced chicken into a thermoserver to keep it cold.

  5. Nuggets
  6. Add you 6 peices of bread to the Closed lid (Par Frozen works best) Speed 8 for 8-10, set aside in a shallow dish for crumbing.

    Add 4 slices of bread broken into peices to Closed lid, 8 on 8. Then add chicken mince and dip to Closed lid. Mix on 7 untill combied.

    Put teaspoons of mix and roll in crumbs. Cook in the oven or fry in the oil of your choice

Tip

You can use left over dip of any kind for different flavours.
