Herb and Garlic Dip

  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 block of philly

Nuggets

  • 1 Kg Chicken breast or thigh
  • 4 slices bread
  • 6 slice Frozen bread for crumbs
  • 2 eggs

Recipe's preparation

    Dip
  1. Add garlic and parsley to the bowl and chop for 3 secs on speed 6. Add the philly cut into peices and mix on speed 5 till combined.
  2. Nuggets
  3. Cut par frozen chicken into 2cm cubes. Put into bowl in 200-250gm batches. Turbo 2-3 times. Put minced chicken into a thermoserver to keep it cold.
  4. Nuggets
  5. Add 6 peices of bread to the bowl (Par Frozen works best) Speed 8 for 8-10, set aside in a shallow dish for crumbing.

    Add 4 slices of bread broken into peices to bowl,chop for 8 secs on speed 8. Then add eggs, chicken mince and dip to bowl. Mix on speed 7 untill combined.

    Put teaspoons of mix and roll in crumbs.(You dont need egg wash with this mixture) Cook in the oven or fry in the oil of your choice

Tip

You can use left over dip of any kind for different flavours.
