Tip
I have cooked this in my TM31 and it comes to the max line.
I now have a TM5 and it fits perfectly. You could add more chicken if you need.
This feeds my family of 5 with 3 kids, aged 14, 9 and 3 with leftovers for my partners lunch.
We use beans, carrots and broccoli as our vegetables but you could use whatever vegetable you have.
Enjoy

Simple and nice recipe. I used chicken stock instead of vegetable stock to add some extra flavour. Also added in 1/2 tsp of curry powder which I highly recommend. Yummy but doesn't wow me. Will probably make again as a quick meal to throw together.

Incredible, thank you so much. Adding to my regular rotation. I made a few slight changes
- I only had dijon mustard so decreased to 45g
- I only added 50g honey to make it less sweet
- Diced and steamed veges seperately, and then stirred through at end
- Cooked rice seperately
Amazing and so easy. Definetely one of my new 'go-to's

This has been one of my favourite go to meals for a while. Very quick if you just chuck in some frozen veggies like I do. I don't like a lot of meat so I cut the chicken back, add more veggies and mix the veggies through the mixture.

Made this for dinner tonight and it turned out really well. Didn't have wholegrain mustard so used dijonnaise @ 35g instead of 70g and only put 50g honey in so it wouldn't be too sweet as suggested in previous comments. I also found I only had just under 900g of chicken breast which I cut up into small cubes and it cooked easily in the time allowed. Will never buy another jar of premade stuff for this again!
PS When I printed it out (yes I'm old fashioned lol) it came out in proper steps so that might help those who said it was hard to follow .
Thank you!

Excellent recipe but trying to read it was a little hard as the steps seemed to follow on rather than starting a new line, but that's just my opinion. I didn't have the fill amount of seed mustard so used some dijon to make it up. I also only cooked it for 16 minutes but my chicken was smaller.
I plan to use the leftover meat and veggies to make pies.

Absolutely delicious! I only added 600g chicken thigh and meant to halve everything else but forgot. Was nice and saucy though. Also went 70g Wholegrain mustard to 40g honey and that was a good mix. Added diced carrot and celery with the chicken but it was still a little crunchy at the end. Will perhaps put in after onion next time.
Keen to try the coconut milk instead of cream next time for a slightly healthier version.
Thank you!!

This recipe is delicious and very easy. I added a small red chilli with the onion for extra flavour. I think 22 minutes for chicken is way too long. I cooked it for 10 minutes with the butterfly and it was perfect and still lovely and moist. Lovely flavour. This will become a regular at our house Thanks

I reduced the quantity of chicken down to 650g and added chopped vegetables at the same stage as the cream. Most of the rice didn't cook very well, only the bottom layer. Perhap more water needed to be added part way through the rice cooking stage? The taste was fantastic!
