  • I didn't have any buttermilk

    Submitted by Natly on 3. March 2015 - 16:59.

I didn't have any buttermilk so I coated my chicken in homemade natural yoghurt, it was very nice. I also crumbed mine twice to give it a extra crunch

  • You can also make your own

    Submitted by LittleBirdie on 12. September 2013 - 14:27.

You can also make your own buttermilk but adding 1Tbsp of white vinegar to a measuring jug and filling the rest with milk up to 250mL.  Leave it to stand for 5mins.
