Kid Friendly Butter Chicken

  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion, peeled and cut in half
  • 1.5 cm ginger, stem, no need to peel
  • 2 carrots, no need to peel
  • 90 grams Butter
  • 3 level teaspoons sweet paprika
  • 1 level teaspoons salt
  • 2 level teaspoons garam masala
  • 1 level teaspoons Ground Coriander
  • 1/2 level teaspoons cinnamon quill
  • 1 level teaspoons tumeric powder

  • 1 level tbsp brown sugar
  • 900 gram boneless skinless chicken thigh
  • 25 grams apple cider vinegar
  • 150 grams tomato paste
  • 10 grams chicken stock paste
  • 400 grams canned diced tomatoes

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.   3. 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander 2 teaspoons garam masala 1 teaspoon salt 2 min/120°C/speed 1 3 teaspoons sweet paprika 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 teaspoon turmeric ground 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  4. 18 min/Varoma/Counter-clockwise operation/speed 0.5 900g chicken breast or thigh 25 grams White or apple cider Vinegar 100 grams tomato paste 400 grams diced tomatoes can 15 grams Vegetable or Chicken Stock Paste
  5. 100 grams cream 6 min/90°C/Counter-clockwise operation/speed Gentle stir setting

Tip

make Naan bread and boiled rice with this dish.
I also stir baby spinach through this sometimes after its cooked in the thermoserver for extra colour and flavour
