Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Very delicious! ...
Very delicious!
I also didn’t steam the chicken, I used chicken breast and sliced it into chicken tender sized pieces and placed it uncooked into the casserole dish. It doesn’t say what to do, but I placed the capsicum in when I put the chicken in.
Freezes great too.

This is such a quick, easy and delicious meal to prepare for the family. We are all eating LCHF, everyone loves this recipe. I didn't bother steaming my chicken, I just placed them raw in the caserole dish and covered with sauce. Cooked in oven for 30 minutes. The chicken is very succulent. I also add some cream to make more sauce to cover the chicken. I have also used cut up churizo and zucchini in the caserole dish too. Served with veggies or salad, everyone raves about this dish. It's definately a 5 star dish. Thanks for sharing.
OMG these are AMAZING. Big
OMG these are AMAZING. Big hit on our mexican night. We love heat, so put in a whole chilli. Will be a go too for us. And even better LCHF
