- 70 grams Jalapeno Slices
- 1 --- brown onion
- 250 grams cream cheese, cubed, room temp
- 125 grams mayonnaise
- 250 grams Grated Tasty Cheese
- 80 grams Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 60 grams Butter
- 50 grams Pork Rinds
- 50 grams Grated Parmesan Cheese

- Pre-heat oven to 200degrees. Place chicken thigh fillets in casserole dish and place in oven to cook for approx 30mins.
add butter to bowl, melt 3mins/100degs/speed 3. set aside.
no need to clean bowl.
add Pork Rinds and Parmesan cheese to bowl 10sec/speed 7. should be a fine crumb.
scrape down sides
return Butter to bowl and combine 30sec/speed 3.
- clean and dry bowl.
Place peeled and halved onion into bowl, dice for 5sec/speed 5
add sliced bacon cook 5min/100deg/speed 2"Counter-clockwise operation"
add remaining ingredients and combine 30 sec/speed 3
when chicken cooked, remove from oven and spoon jalapeno mixture over the top. Sprinkle pork rind topping evenly across casserole, and return to oven for 15minutes or until browned.
