- 3-4 leftover cooked sausages, depending on their size
- 1 onion, peeled and halved
- 2 cloves garlic
- 30 g olive oil (or oil of choice)
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 500 g liquid stock, (500g water with one tablespoon of vege, chicken or meat stock)
- 300 g diced potato or sweet potato
- 1 zuchinni, sliced or diced
- 100 g frozen peas
- 100 g Frozen Corn, OR 1 sliced red capsicum
- 100 g Red Kidney Beans Canned

Chop onion and garlic 3 secs/ speed 7
Add oil and sautee 4 mins/ 120degrees/speed 1
Add 2 cans of diced tomatoes, 500g liquid stock and 300g diced potato
Cook for 10mins/100degrees//speed 1.5
Add zuchinni, peas and corn or capsicum and cook for a further
6 mins/100degrees//speed 1.5
Meanwhile slice your cool cooked sausages and place into a ThermoServer with the kidney beans.
Pour hot casserole into the ThermoServer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
If you dice your potatoes too big they may need extra cooking time.
Serve with cooked rice for a gluten free dinner.
