- 3 tomatoes, medium, cut in half
- 2 chicken breasts, chopped
- 300 grams pumpkin, peeled, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon tamarind concentrate
- 0.5 litre chicken stock
- 100 grams green beans, chopped (optional)
- 200 grams bok choy
- 15 grams fresh coriander

Recipe's preparation
1. Chop onion, lemon grass and kafir lime leaves and tomatoes for 3 sec/ speed 7
2. Add oil and cook 3min/ Varoma/ speed 1
3. Add chicken, pumpkin, lime juice, fish sauce, tamarind and stock and cook for 17min/ 100 degrees/ reverse/ speed 1
4. Add beans and bok choy and cook for 3min/ 100 degrees/ speed 1
5. Serve with rice and fresh coriander (optional)
