Recipe's preparation
Step 1 - Add onion, carrots, zucchini and garlic to jug and blitz 3 sec / sp 7. Scrap down and cook with oil on varoma temp/3 mins/sp 2 (leave MC ajar).
Step 2 - Drain off excess fluids (I used the simmering basket), then add mince. Cook varoma temp/10mins/reverse sp soft. You mignt need to use your spatula to push down the mince while cooking. I did this a few time during the 10 mins.
Step 3 - While you meat is cooking grease your pie dish and place put your shortcrust pastry into place.
Step 4 - Check your mince and if there is alot of water drain off using your simmering basket. Add rest of your ingredients and cook varoma temp/5 mins/sp soft. Again, use will need to your spatula to push the mix around while cooking.
Step 5 - Spoon into prepared pie dish and cover with the puff pastry. Use a dash of milk to baste the top of the pastry.
Step 6 - Cook in a moderate oven approx 45mins till pastry is golden. Serve with veggies and mashed potatoes or chips and salad.

I read the comments before I made the pie so made the following adjustments- 500g mince, 1/4 teaspoon of curry powder, level tablespoon of veg stock.
