Recipe's preparation
- 1. Preheat oven 180 degrees. Place onion and zucchini into mixing bowl 5sec/speed5 transfer to another bowl. Do not clean mixing bowl
2. Crumble Mersey into mixing bowl, wine, french onion soap, salt, pepper, bacon strips,thickened cream 3min/60degrees/speed 1.5
3. Place Chicken into a baking tray
4. Poor mixing bowl ingredients over chicken and zucchini and onion. Place in oven for an hour or until cooked.

The flavours are amazing in this recipe😋 I also love how simple it is. I would prefer a much thicker sauce though, and I noticed in your photo you have sliced zucchini, while the recipe says to chop finely with the onion?
