      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Yummy! We add heaps of mint, and swap the zucchini for shallots. The mix made 8 burgers, which I formed very large and flat - they shrank a lot during cooking. Froze extras. Served in a toasted white bread roll with cream cheese spread, mayonnaise, BBQ sauce and more shallots. So good!

These were a hit. I omitted the zucchini as I didn't have any. I made some smashed avocado and feta to go with it. Yum!
