Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
I cook these in my slow cooker.....lightly oiled, thin Passatta layer on base, then prepare meatballs and layer in slow cooker. Alternatively, could be done in oven dish.
Place Parsley and Parmasen in bowl, 6 sec/ Speed 9
Add all other ingredients to bowl 20 sec/ "Counter-clockwise operation" / Speed 4
(check to see if mixed, increase time if need be)
Take a small handful of mince mixture, flatten in hand and place a cube of Mozzarella in middle. Cover over with the mince and shape into ball.
Place into slow cooker/oven dish
Cover with Passatta and add any other veggies you may like!
Cook on High in slow cooker for 2 hrs
Serve warm with sides of your choice!

Depending on your mince, be mindful not to over mix and make too fine.

Was amazing! I did mine in an oven tray for about 40-60 minutes at 170 as I didn't have two hours before dinner. Will certainly become a regular on our meal rotation.
