Great recipe! Tasy! Also, just in case someone is having a day like I did, don't mistake the step numbers for the stir setting. I pureered my beef strips because I hadn't used the gentle stir and thought the recipe was saying speed 3 or 4 - whoops!! Still going to make again properly, flavour was good!!

This was surprisingly great, it just didn't make enough. I'd add at least 1.5x the ingredients and insert some veggies. Definitely going into my favourites list.

Delicious winter dinner meal 😋
I added 1 TBS & 1/4 of arrowroot to make sure sauce was thick & creamy.
next time I would only cook Beef for 5min's & step 3 for 2min's as our beef as followed above instructions was tough as it got overcooked.
will be making this yumi recipie again.

Made this for the first time today.. and it was soo delicious! I used Tamari (natural soy) and the rapadura sugar. I also added in one bunch of Bok Choy for a bit of vegetable when I added the shallots and rest of the ingredients. Went very nice! We really loved this dish!!

This is da bomb!! Love love love. Spicy enough to keep it interesting, yet our 15 month old twins also smashed it back. Winner winner (beef not chicken) dinner!
Was a bit sceptical about
Was a bit sceptical about this recipe after I had made it, and ended up having to fridge it overnight for the next night. But when we reheated and ate it the next day, I was so surprised! It was really yummy! Will definitely make it again. Thank you.
Omg thank you this is
Omg thank you this is amazing. I used olive oil, 10g coconut sugar and 70g salt reduced soy sauce. I also added red capsicum in the second cook to boost veggie content. This will be on regular rotation in our house, we loved it and it's so simple, who needs takeaway when this healthy yummy dish is on the dinner table in no time at all. I served with non fried brown rice (quirky cooking recipe) and broccolini.
This was one of the first
This was one of the first recipes I made alone using my Thermomix.
I was detured here after it was posted on Facebook My Paleo Way group.
Thank you for a recipe, that's quicker then order fast food.
I didn't get to sample the recipe, as I don't eat red meat, however my hubby and teen loved it

I make this recipe regularly. Last night I tried with chicken which wasn't as great - the chicken ended up very finely shredded. Will stick with beef going forward. Thanks for the recipe Paleo Mama!

This was amazingly tasty and sooooo super easy! We used 20g soy sauce and 50g tamari sauce. delicious!
This was fantastic! Both of
This was fantastic! Both of my toddlers really enjoyed it too. I added only 50g of the soy sauce and could reduce it even further but it was still delicious and super quick to make. I added strips of yellow capsicum toward the end of the cooking time so boost the vegetable content. Will be making this a regular meal in our house. Thank you!
That made me laugh! Well

I followed the recipe exactly
I followed the recipe exactly and it was inedible. the sauce tasted more like a syrup than a Mongolian sauce. Not sure what went wrong, but I wont waste ingredients trying it again.
if you're going to try it, I'd recommend leaving the sugar out and maybe doing half the amount of coconut aminos.
Flippin' heck, this was so
Flippin' heck, this was so awesome!!!! My family couldn't get enough and now they think I'm just the awesomest cook ever!!!

I was after a Mongolian Lamb recipe when I came across this. Just substituted the beef fof lamb strips - AMAZING!! Will be a regular at mine! Thanks so much
Thank you for this recipe! I
Thank you for this recipe! I made it last night in my TM5. I doubled the recipe as a whole (1kg beef etc) and just added a few extra minutes (not double!) at Step 2. I used dark soy sauce instead of coconut aminos and left out the sugar component altogether. I also left the MC off in Step 3 to allow it to thicken. Served with basmati rice and steamed broccolli. Delicious! We even have leftovers for lunch today. Will definitely make this again; so quick and easy. Thanks Paleomama!
I made this on a whim tonight
I made this on a whim tonight as I had some cubed beef thawed in freezer. my kids and husband loved it - he was asking for more. thanks so much... will definately be making this again!

Great! I put some veggies in the varoma and served with rice for my bf and caulirice for me. Both enjoyed!
Absolutely loved it,

Am I missing something here? At what temp do you sauté and cook for?
This recipe is delicious,
This recipe is delicious, love the flavour, have made a few times already. ***IMPORTANT NOTE*** be careful if using long thin strips of beef. On the "Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting" function, the meat became tangled and snapped the spindle in my blade, had to get a new blade. I normally use woolworths macro organic beef stir fry, will cut the beef into smaller pieces before "Gentle stir setting" next time.
Delicious, couldn't believe
Delicious, couldn't believe the flavour! Added in some sliced capsicum & served with steamed beans & cauli rice and it was a meal the family enjoyed

paleo or not--it's a keeper!
So easy and quick to make!
So easy and quick to make! Paired with cauli rice it was a light and healthy meal. I found it quite rich and will probably use less apple cider vinegar next time and add veggies to the side. Unfortunately it wasn't a hit with the kids but they may just have to eat it anyway
A M A Z I N G! This was such
A M A Z I N G! This was such a hit for my little family, including a vey fussy 4 year old and husband!!! Next time I might try it without the coconut sugar, but for my first Paleo experience, IM IN LOVE!! Thank you!!!! We will definitely need to make a double batch next time!
great thank you! we had it
great thank you! we had it with cauliflower rice and steamed greens. i also used plain flour and it worked fine, no sugar either.
Delicious! Found I can double
Delicious! Found I can double the recipe easily in the bowl which then makes enough for our large family. As we aren't fussed on the paleo side of things, I substitute the arrowroot flour for plain flour. I also don't worry about the rapadura and it still tastes amazing. I serve with mashed potato or rice. One of the kids favourite meals.
I chose to cook for my mum,

Love this! I made this recipe last night for some guests and it was delicious. Definitely put it in my favourites especially because we like to eat healthy meals. I used basmati rice because I had no cauliflower, also added mixed verges which lifted the flavours a bit.
