  • 1 brown onion, cut in quarters
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 cm ginger, peeled and cut into slices
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 400-500 grams chicken breast, cubed
  • 2 tsp Ground Coriander
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp tumeric
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable stock paste, or chicken stock paste if you prefer
  • 150 grams water, or less if you prefer a thicker curry sauce
  • 400 grams tin diced tomatoes
  • 120 grams Peanut Butter
  • 270 grams coconut cream, canned, I used light or use greek yoghurt

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. Recipe's preparation

    Peanut Butter Chicken Curry
  1. Place onion, garlic and ginger into mixing bowl. Chop 3 sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl
  2. Add oil, coriander, cumin and tumeric and saute 3 mins/Varoma/speed 1
  3. Add chicken breast and cook 2 mins/Varoma/Counter-clockwise operation/speed Gentle stir setting
  4. Add stock paste, tinned tomatoes, peanut butter, water, coconut cream and garam masala and cook for 8 mins/100 deg/Counter-clockwise operation/speed Gentle stir setting
  5. Serve with rice and/or veggies
