Pork Fillet in Wattle Seed Risotto

Ingredients

risotto

  • 2 onions, quartered
  • 40 g macadamia oil
  • 500 g Pork Fillet, sliced thinly
  • 300 g arborio rice
  • 250 g Cooking cream
  • 2 tablespoon wattleseeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon myrtle
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 80 g frozen peas

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add onion to TMX bowl and chop 3 sec / Sp 7.

    2. Scrape down sides and add oil. Saute 3min/ varoma/ sp 1.

    3. Insert butterfly and add pork, rice, cream, wattle seed, lemon myrtle, salt & pepper. Cook 17 mins / 100 / sp 1

    4. Remove butterfly and add peas. Cook for a further 4 min / 100C/ Counter-clockwise operation / sp 1.

    5. Pour into thermoserver and rest 5 mins before serving.
