Ingredients
Satay Sauce
- 100 g red lentils
- 1 --- onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 level tbsp curry powder
- 20 g olive oil
- 1/3 pinches Sweet chilli sauce, 1/3 of a Cup
- 200 g Peanut Butter
- 15 g fish sauce
- 20 g brown sugar
- 1 can evaporated milk
Satay Chicken
- 1 --- chicken breast
- 500 g mixed vegetables
- 1 level tbsp Jimmy Satay

- Making the Sauce
Put onion into bowl, chop for 5 secs speed 7 scrape down sides.
Place red lentils, garlic, olive oil and curry powder into bowl sautee on 100degrees, speed 1, for 3 mins.
Add remaining sauce ingredients cook for 5 mins, 100degrees , speed 2.
Satay Chicken
Add chicken breast and mixed veges to bowl with sauce. Cook for 10 mins, 100degrees, reverse, speed 4. The mixture gets quite stuck with air pockets late in the cooking so you will need to pop the air bubble every couple of minutes. Turn the speed to 5-6 for a more mushy texture.
Add Jimmy Satay sauce mix until dissolved.
Serve with rice.
