- 100 g red lentils
- 1 --- onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 level tbsp curry powder
- 20 g olive oil
- 1/3 --- Sweet chilli sauce
- 150 g Peanut Butter
- 10 g fish sauce
- 20 g brown sugar
- 250 g evaporated milk
- 1 --- chicken breast
- 500 g mixed vegetables
- 1 level tbsp Jimmy Satay
Making the Sauce
Put onion into bowl, chop for 5 secs speed 7 scrape down sides.
Place red lentils, garlic, olive oil and curry powder into bowl sautee on 100degrees, speed 1, for 3 mins.
Add remaining sauce ingredients cook for 5 mins, 100degrees , speed 2.
Add chicken breast and mixed veges to bowl with sauce. Cook for 10 mins, 100degrees, reverse, speed 1.
Add Jimmy Satay sauce mix until dissolved.
Serve with rice.
