If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Place onion, garlic, celery and carrot in bowl and chop for 4 seconds on speed 5.
2. Add oil and sauté for 4 minutes 100 degrees speed 1.
3. Add mince to steamer basket and cook for 10 minutes Varoma, "Counter-clockwise operation" , speed 0.5.
4. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, vegetable stock, worcestershire sauce and mustard/curry powder and cook 10 minutes 100 degrees reverse on speed 0.5.
5. Break up mince add with peas and corn to mixing bowl and cook for 5 minutes 100 degrees, reverse, speed 0.5. (Remove MC and replace with basket).
Place in Thermoserver to serve.
