- 1000 grams Steak or lamb, Cubed
- 2 heaped tablespoons plain flour
- 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 heaped teaspoon curry powder
- 60 grams tomato sauce
- 20 grams Worcestershire sauce
- 50 grams brown sugar
- 15 grams vinegar
- 300 grams water
- Salt & pepper to taste

Recipe's preparation
Add the sauces, vinegar, sugar and water to the TM bowl.
Add the dry ingredients to a small bowl, combine and then coat the cubed meat well before adding to the TM bowl.
Cook on 90', , Speed 1 for 30 minutes
Thicken with cornflour/water paste if required at the end.
