Sharp Steak

  • 1000 grams Steak or lamb, Cubed
  • 2 heaped tablespoons plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 heaped teaspoon curry powder
  • 60 grams tomato sauce
  • 20 grams Worcestershire sauce
  • 50 grams brown sugar
  • 15 grams vinegar
  • 300 grams water
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Recipe's preparation

    Mix it up!
  1. Add the sauces, vinegar, sugar and water to the TM bowl.


     

  2. Add the dry ingredients to a small bowl, combine and then coat the cubed meat well before adding to the TM bowl.

  3. Cook on 90', counter-clockwise operation, Speed 1 for 30 minutes


     

  4. Thicken with cornflour/water paste if required at the end.

Tip

Simmering basket on top of the bowl helps prevent splatter!

Serve with mashed spuds and steamed veges.
