Thanks for the recipe. I added some chopped vegies (carrot, zucchini, capsicum, snow peas and cauli) in the bottom of the Varoma for the last ten minutes. Easy, healthy recipe.

Oh so easy and delicious!! Perfect for this mum when I need a quick yummy meal! I added carrots too and then let it all sit in the thermo server for an hr - the sauce soaked into the chicken and rice! Will definitely be a regular for this family tmrc_emoticons.-)

  • I thought this was good to

I thought this was good to use as a base recipe. Mabie needed some sauteed onion and mushroom. Definately could steam some veg in the dish under the chicken in varoma too (i did chopped carrot). Also there seemed to be way to much rice, next time i would use only half. Unfortunatley  my 2 yr old didnt like it.... who would have thought as she loves apricots, chicken and rice in a risotto

This is a really nice and easy weeknight dinner. I put my dried apricots in whole but would chop them next time. Otherwise all worked out really well

So simple & yummy.  I didn't have any French onion soup, so I substituted onion powder & salt instead.  Worked great.  This will become a regular here. Thanks!
