  • 500 grams Chuck Steak, cut into 5cm wide strips

  • 1/2 celery stick, roughly chopped

  1. Chop onions 3 seconds / speed 5

    Saute onions for 3 minutes / Varoma / speed 1

    Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 99 minutes / 80 degrees / reverse / speed 1

    Cook for a further 30 minutes / 120 degrees / reverse / speed 1
