Spinach Beef Curry

  • 500 grams Frozen Spinach. Thawed And Drained
  • 30 grams Butter
  • 400 grams girello beef roast, sliced in strips
  • 100 grams Tikka paste, from indian cookbook
  • 50 grams water
  • 100 grams natural yoghurt

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1) Add spinach and butter in the tmx bowl cook for 5min speed 4 at 100 degrees. 

    2) Scrap down bowl and add Beef, Tikka paste, & Water cook for 20 min Counter-clockwise operationGentle stir setting at 100 degrees

    3) Add natural yoghurt and mix for 2 min 100 degrees Counter-clockwise operation speed 1 with the MC removed

    I have made this several times using beef, lamb and chicken (at different times!) it's very yummy. I sometimes add some onion and garlic too.
