  • 2 clove garlic, peeled
  • 500 grams Chicken thigh fillets, (can use chicken mince)
  • 1/2 bunch coriander
  • 60 grams dried breadcrumbs
  • 50 grams oyster sauce
  • 50 grams Sweet chilli sauce
  • 165 grams coconut cream
  • dried breadcrumbs, extra
  • oil, Vegetable, Sunflower, Rice Bran

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add garlic cloves - chop 5sec sp7

  2. Add coriander and chicken thigh fillets. Mince 12sec sp5

    (if using chicken mince skip this step and just add all ingredients in next step and mix for longer)

  3. Add remaining ingredients (except oil and extra breadcrumbs). Mix speed 4 10sec

  4. Place into bowl - refidgerate at least 1hour

  5. Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls and coat in extra breadcrumbs). Return balls to refidgerator.

    Turn oven on to 180deg

  6. Coat two trays well with oil.  Place in oven for 10minutes to heat.

  7. Remove balls from fridge and immediatly place on hot oven trays. bake for 10-15mins.

    Turn and cook for additional 10-15mins until cooked through.

  8. Serve hot with sweet chilli sauce for dipping.

Use oil with a high smoke point such as rice bran, sunflower, vegetable or peanut oil.
