Tip

Plain Flour can be substituted with GF Flour.

Add Curry Powder to your preference. 1 Tablespoon is good for kid friendly, increase to 2 if you want more zing.

A very easy prep for a curry, ingredients used are pantry staples. If you don't have Butter Beans they can be left out.

Can freeze any leftovers.

I just took delivery of my Thermomix... so I was flying in the dark a bit in making this recipe. I managed to get it altogether and now it is cooking. It was so easy to put together. I will let you know later how it tastes. I am so impressed with it so far. My pots and pans won't be getting much use now.

Beautiful and so full of flavour. I used two tablespoons of curry and found it too spicy for us so will drop it back to one tablespoon next time. I'll also not add the pepper as I found it a little strong. Thanks for sharing such a great recipe. Will definitely make again.
