Love this pie! Thank you for sharing. Made a few variations due to personal preference. I highly recommend adding in cream or coconut milk for half of your stock liquid, so by that I mean - 125ml cream or coconut milk & 125ml water. Creates a creamy, dreamy base for the filling that you’ll absolutely adore x

Second time I've made this and again we were so impressed with how yummy and easy it is...

I added extra veg (carrot, celery & zucchini at step three but next time I'll add in with the bacon and onion to chop and cook for a bit longer. I pan fried the chicken and added to the white sauce and shredded as per the instructions ^^ above.

Will be making again... thank you!

So yum! Very surprised given how simple it is. I pan fried the chicken breast then cut it up into small pieces while the thermo cooked the rest of the filling. Cooked the pies in a pie maker. So good!

Delicious. My kids ask me for this every week! I make individual pies in a large muffin tray that way the filling stays together. My tip is that I don't use pre cooked shredded chicken ... I just slice up raw chicken and the thermy shreds it as it cooks for 20mins 100deg on reverse.  tmrc_emoticons.)
