Whole Chicken
- 1 Whole chicken, medium size
- 1 onion, cut in quarters
- 2 garlic cloves

Recipe's preparation

Step 1
Rinse inside of chicken and fill with all ingredients except seasoning or herbs.
Step 2
Sprinkle seasoning or dried herbs over top of the chicken.
Step 3
Place whole chicken in varoma dish and set aside. -
Step 1
Add water and insert simmering basket.
Step 2
Place remaining ingredients into simmering basket and add lid.
Step 3
Attach varoma and cook for approximately 60 minutes (or until thoroughly cooked), Varoma temperature, speed 2.
Step 4
Discard cooked vegetables in simmering basket.

Tip
Once chicken is cooked, roast in oven for a crispy skin.
Use leftover cooked vegetables in a stew or soup
Shred chicken on reverse, speed 4 for 4-8 seconds.
