Asian Style Mushroom Soup

  • 500 g Liquid Chicken Stock, or bone broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp fish sauce, or to taste
  • lime juice, to taste
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 150 g fresh mushrooms, mixed (eg enoki, oyster, shitake, button)

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. Add chicken stock, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice and sugar to mixing bowl. Heat 6 min/100 deg/ speed 2.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook 3 min/100 deg/speed 2.
  3. Add soba noodles and cook 3 min/100 deg/speed 2. Serve hot with additional soy sauce/sesame oil/lime juice/fish sauce if desired.
