Chilli Con Capsicum

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place onion, 4 garlic cloves, capsicum, chilli into mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.

  2. Add olive oil and saute 5 min/120deg/speed 1

  3. Add smoked paprika and stir 30 sec/speed 1

  4. Add tomatoes, tomato puree, kidney beans, salt and honey and heat 2min/100 deg/speed 1.

  5. Serve with sour cream or cashew cream and fresh coriander
