- 4 --- garlic cloves
- 1 --- brown onion
- 2 --- red capsicum
- 1 --- red chilli
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 400 g Chopped Tomatoes Can
- 4 tbsp tomato paste
- 400 g Red Kidney Beans Canned
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp honey

Place onion, 4 garlic cloves, capsicum, chilli into mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
Add olive oil and saute 5 min/120deg/speed 1
Add smoked paprika and stir 30 sec/speed 1
Add tomatoes, tomato puree, kidney beans, salt and honey and heat 2min/100 deg/speed 1.
Serve with sour cream or cashew cream and fresh coriander
