If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Rinse and thoroughly dry the corn and chickpeas, and put in the TM bowl. Add coriander (stalks included), flour and spices. A dash of black pepper if you are inclined. Turbo for 2 seconds, twice or until mixed. Do not over blend, you want to leave some texture.
Dust some flour on a chopping board and empty the mixture on top. Divide the mixture into 4 portions and flatten into a patty. Dust the patties with flour and put on a plate covered in glad wrap. Leave to set in fridge for 30 mins.
In a hot pan, add olive oil and cook burgers until golden brown. They are delicious on their own or in a burger!
