I used three cans in mine (cannellini beans, black beans, and a 4 bean mix) but I think I'll do the whole 4 cans, another zucchini, corn kernels and maybe another chilli next time. I served mine with a dollop of sour cream and some grated cheese and it was very tasty.
I'll definitely be making this again!

Fantastic.
I didn't have all the ingredients so had to improvise...I replaced the
* capsicum with carrots
* zuchini with green beans
* chillis with peri peri powder
* 4 cans of beans with 2 cans (1 butter beans 1 chickpeas)
and I added chopped ham
We had this for dinner on a baked potatoe...and again this morning on toast ...topped with scrambled egg for breakfast. A filling, healthy, quick and tasty meal both times!
Thanks for sharing!

Delicious and hearty I only
Delicious and hearty I only added two tins of 4-Bean Mix - I can't see how 4 cans would work. I think the mix would be way too thick with 4. Two cans was lovely, served as a nacho mix with corn chips, guacamole and sour cream
Thanks for a great recipe! I
